After paid service expiry
BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A SERVICE
Your service, your data.
Know what happens after expiry.
Renewing on time keeps your service running. If a service expires, the periods below explain your access, when its business data may be removed, and how to keep a copy.

After business data removal
01 · ACCESS
After your service expires
A paid service has 3 days of grace after expiry. Normal use can continue during that period unless the service or account is otherwise restricted.
After paid grace ends, or when a trial expires, an eligible service becomes read only. You can review existing information and download the available service data from your account before removal. New entries, orders, edits and other changes are blocked.
Renew before removal to restore normal access. Support may grant a temporary extension or place a removal hold; neither replaces a paid renewal. Account suspension or another service restriction may still prevent access or downloads.
Each service is handled separately. One expired service does not end your other active services or automatically remove your account.
02 · RETENTION
When business data may be removed
Paid service business data is scheduled for removal no earlier than 60 days after expiry. Trial service data is scheduled no earlier than 30 days after trial expiry. The paid retention period includes the grace period; the two periods are not added together.
Already expired services newly brought under this policy receive at least 30 days of notice before removal. The removal date shown in your account may be later because of notice, support extensions or a hold. A later date already communicated for the same expiry will not be moved earlier by a shorter setting.
Removal currently requires an administrator to approve that service. It can proceed only after the deadline, required notice and safety checks. The deadline is the earliest removal date, not a promise of immediate deletion. Download your data before it.
Removing business data is permanent. Renewing after removal does not restore it. A new service may be required; contact support to discuss any remaining recovery options.
03 · COPIES & EXCEPTIONS
Backups, holds and records kept separately
The private backup created for service removal is normally scheduled for removal 30 additional days after business data removal. A later protected date or hold may apply. This covers managed service recovery storage. A backup does not guarantee restoration or continuing service access.
A support or dispute hold delays removal until the hold is released or expires. A hold may be indefinite. It does not itself grant editing access. Shared infrastructure backups may follow separate retention schedules; this service policy does not promise that every shared copy is erased on the service removal date.
Invoices, payment history, account, support and security records, and records needed to resolve outstanding transactions or meet record-keeping duties may be kept separately after service business data is removed. Removal can be delayed while transactions are unsettled.
Downloads, phone or computer storage, offline app data and other copies on your devices are under your control. This service does not remotely erase them. Keep your own secure backup and remove device copies yourself when no longer needed.
